Meg began her career in the dental field in 2005. She is a graduate of Wilmington College with a bachelor's degree in Science. Meg obtained her Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Certification from University of Kentucky and Coronal Polishing Certification from University of Louisville. She enjoys getting to know her patients and makes them feel comfortable and confident about their procedures.

Michelle has over 20 yrs experience in the dental field. She received her E.D.D.A. certification from the University of Kentucky. She leads our implant and surgical procedures and ensures patients are comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment. Michelle enjoys outdoor activities, running, and hockey. She is a retired roller derby girl with the on-track persona of “June the Cleaver”.
Courtney H.
Dental Hygienist & Sleep Care Coordinator
Courtney grew up in southern Ohio and now resides in Augusta, Kentucky. Her and her husband live out in the country with their dog Burt! Courtney graduated in 2016 from Shawnee state university with her dental hygiene degree. She has many interests outside of work but she loves to make sure her patients understand their dental health and how important it affects the overall body when they are in her chair.

Tanya grew up in Fort Thomas and has been working at Herald Family Dentistry for over 5 years. She graduated from UC Raymond Walters in 2003 and has been practicing ever since. She currently resides in Cold Spring with her two very active and athletic teenage boys. Her favorite part of her job is changing a once terrified patient into a compliant and happy patient that looks forward to their dental cleanings. She loves helping patients maintain their overall oral health and well-being! When not at work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, swimming, trying new delicious foods ,and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica has over 10 years of experience. She received her degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Cincinnati. She is an alumni from NCC and resides in Ft. Thomas with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, vacationing and treating herself to a good meal.

Office Manager
Amber was born and raised in Fort Thomas where she currently resides. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University, in 2004, with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. After working in the criminal justice field for several years, she opted for a career change. Longtime friend, Dr. Herald, happened to be opening his own dental practice and offered her a position. She has been the office manager for Herald Family Dentistry since the day it opened in 2009, which has allowed her to enjoy the growth, changes, and progress that Dr. Herald has made in his career. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, decorating, working out, and spending time with her husband and two little boys.

Traci grew up in Fort Thomas, KY and currently resides in Cold Spring. She comes to Herald Family Dentistry with 25 years experience in front desk administration. Traci is married to her high school sweetheart, Jim. They have three boys together, Jacob, Joshua, and Hunter and a fur baby Harper. When Traci isn't working she enjoys watching her son Hunter play sports and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly grew up in Alexandria, where she currently resides. She joined Herald Family Dentistry with over 10 years experience. Kimberly is married to her husband Kyle and has 5 beautiful children together; Olivia, Maddox, Nolan, Wyatt, and Owen. As well as two dogs Harmony and Moose. Kimberly enjoys laying by the pool, camping with family, the outdoors, and watching her children play in sports all year round.
